Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling, also known as psychotherapy, therapy or talk therapy is a collaborative process between the counselor and individual to address personal issues such as depression, anger, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, parenting concerns, school difficulties, career changes, etc.  Through counseling, individuals have the opportunity to receive support, guidance and experience growth.  Goals of counseling are individualized and aimed at facilitating changes in order to improve quality of life.
