If we are not currently in network with your provider we would be happy to supply you with the paperwork necessary to submit the claim through your insurance.  

All fees, co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.   We accept cash, check, credit/debit card.  
If you do not plan to utilize your insurance, we offer a per hour session fee of $170.00 for first session and $140.00 per hour session after the first one.
